COCKINGTON GREEN - DAY TWO

After the Zoo, we headed off to Cockington Green the miniature village.  I visited this when I was my children's age and have always remembered how magical it was.  Once on a flat boring piece of land, which back then in the 80's was magical to me, it is now transformed into a magical wonderland, lots of trees, bush gorgeous plants, flowers etc.. great for young and old and best experienced in the evening on a warm spring evening.  Children had the best fun here they visited so many countries in such a short time truly a must when you come to Canberra.

This has never changed - the streaker on the soccer field LOVE IT..

Interactive train, kids love things they can control

Adding a bit of scary into the magical evening!!

James - favourite part was pushing the buttons, to make things move and go up and down
Emilie - favourite part was the train it went so fast and made a noise.
